A dot it light under it. the key to a good glow is opaque liquid rather than clear blue. A good quick one you don't have to mix is blue mountain dew, or blue jolt cola. I bought a bottlecapper from a homebrew warehouse for my bottles, and though you cant see in the pic, the bottle has my special quantum cap..........
