Indeed, awesome site. I'm sure you'll be able to create your own if you trust your supposition (time and effort) 
I have nothing but time and effort is a matter of perseverance, to do it with ease I first need to do it with diligence. Do you know what sort of software you guys use for various dock designs, icons, OS themes etc? If you not to busy please pop a few names just off the top of your head. Thanks a lot and God Bless.
