You seem to forget a portion of the golden rule, 'love your neighbor as yourself' which also comes from the Bible. Also, I would like to point out that these were written in a time in which many of these things were not thought of, or did not apply to the culture.
1. 'Thou shall not rape'
The idea of rape was not thought of in this time because women had hardly any rights anywhere, and to the culture, it wouldn't have mattered.
2. 'Thou shall not commit genocide'
This is already something covered by 'Thou shall not kill' as genocide is the act of exterminating a race or curture.
3. 'Thou shall not enslave or mistreat living creatures'
Alright, some thing to think about. How long has America been free of slavery? Only just over 100 years. How long has slavery been around? Try the beginning of civilization. It's another culture thing that has been changed.
4. 'Thou shall respect others for their differences'
Alright, so those people in the Old Testament were rather bad at this. But again, culture. In the New Testament, Jesus tells us to love one another, and the majority of the Christian faiths out there do. There are just a few who believe that the old ways were best, and have yet to act upon this as they should.
5. 'Thou shall actively question thy beliefs'
Guess what, news flash, this has been going on for quite a long time. In most branches of the Christian faith, it is encouraged to question your faith so that it may bring you closer to God and understanding him and his Word.
All of this being said, as a Christian myself, I respect your opinion, as another thing the Bible has told us is that we all have a choice. I just wish to point out particular things that you appear to wrong think about my faith.

I think this was meant just as a satirical piece, since "love thy neighbor as you would love thineself" (or being a follower of any Abrahamic religion) doesn't seem to stop assholes from violating the above commandments and the biblical ones. But that would be, you know, explaining the joke.
