Really? I'm pretty sure it did, I switched to it when things got seriously impossibly hard (How's having 3 health in a prison full of bad guys with guns sound? xD)
I couldn't find the settings - although (*ashamed*) I played it on a console

If you ever do get time, I highly recommend playing it on a PC. It's just so unique from the consoles, I don't even know why, it just is.
