Comment on Trinity Blood: Sacrament by Astarohime

this dress is absolutely amazing too. i asked you if you used a hoop skirt or crinoline on another dress of yours and i was wondering for this one too. this one looks a lot smaller/less poofy. (i'm experimenting with different dress shapes so i was wondering. thank you.)
