If I can drop in my twopence... I guess what he meant to say was that the arrow is on the wrong side of the bow. It should be placed on his knuckles, not on the thumb. But don't worry, it's pretty common mistake, hard to avoid if you don't use bow yourself. Apart from that detail it's an epic drawing!
