Well we do have pancake bay, and les crêpes are the same thing in French and English except if your saying 'crepe' in english which changes it to a food made by the French in France that is very thin and taste amazing. [link]

Sadly, we're stuck with pancakes to claim. TT-TT

Probably due to the french roots in Quebec we eat crepes and loath pancakes.

Are you refering to them in French or English. Because they're two different things. ^^'

Etes-vous francophone Quebecois?

Québecoise(I am a girl)first language I learnt was french, but I can express myself fairly well in english. When you order in a restaurant in french, they will bring you crêpes(thin, sometimes filled with various fruites, cheese, and meat) but there are no pancakes(thick suck up all the syrup) to order. Whether you say it in french or english(though you should watch your english cause some french people are very....sensitive) we don't have pancakes, we only have crêpes.
