Because tic-tacs althout the label is copyrighted, drawing on the candies themselves makes it art, but what iraccoon does isn't artistic to you so it isn't acceptable? Hello Pot, been hanging with Kettle much?
I bought the tictacs and took a picture of it myself 
I would have removed the label but then the container would be smudged. And although it IS copyrighted material I'm just as guilty as copyright infringement as someone who took a picture of their room and had a toy Homer Simpson in the background.
Taking a picture of something with a label on it is hardly even close in comparison to someone who literally just right clicked and selected "copy" and then saved the image onto their computer.

It is quite literally the Exact same principle. A Copy is a copy no matter how you justify it. You simply camera clicked (selected and made a copy) then put the image on your computer...

..Because posting recording from a TV-series in a form of gif is art? I though art was something that actually requires creativity.
So scrapbooking isn't art, taking pictures isn't art, making collages isn't art, drawing pictures of people (which is only requires people or the concept to exist) isn't art... So basically unless it's something that never, EVER existed before, it simply isn't art? You're not an artist either then, and me, if I'm an artist it's only accidental.
I know you want to sound intelligent and all, but you mixed the meaning of artist and inventor.

You are not an artist as what you produce is of no real significance, is not aesthetically appealing, isn't beautiful, lacks quality and offers now worth in productive depth.
Sorry, what is and isn't art is purely subjective and the crap you produce simple isn't art or artistic.

As you take up the stance of "you say, you are", I have to admit that you aren't an artist either. Your gallery is a good example of zero imagination and eye for details. It's like all you know is, that your country sucks. It's a bit depressing. Like you're always angry. I know you aren't. I believe you are a happy american. I hope. It's bad for your health if you aren't.

I never claimed to be an Artist, and after looking through your scibbles and ass scratchings I was left wondering if stomping in mud puddles and collecting toilet tissue was an art form as well. After all you have quite a collection of it. What you consider art some consider at most unintelligent garbage, it simply isn't art or even artistic.
