Thanks Joe.... I had a similar one also...with some really creepy tenants with large cockroaches on chains. I remember one night about 3am, some monster of a guy just about knocked my door down. I had just moved in and didn't realize I had parked in his parking space. I moved out a couple day later hahaha.
