My Death Note OC (Mizuki Takara aka Myth Menthu) would wear something like this in front of Light Yagami before revealing herself to him due to her alias (kind of like how Near wore the mask of L). Also, Menthu means "nomad" and she often travels around in disguise so she can spy mainly on Misa and sometimes Mikami.
