Comment on How Szils colours - Photoshop by Amarevia

you know I try looking up tutorials but i never find any decent ones, ether they are so complex or people just drawing so it doesn't really help. But ya really nice job, I was always wondering bout how to give the skin and hair a glowy effect (or a better use of layers I should say) since I only use one layer for each part (skin, eyes, clothes, hair, etc.) on GIMP.
