It looks like you messed up the perspective for a simple reason: A self taught perspective principle of mine is to not draw things overlapping other things. If you do so, then the perspective is may be weakened. Now, in the case of the Colony Hotel, it looks like it's well skewed, since you drew an adequate amount of it in the image. However, if one blocks the hotel out of the image with their hand, the weak overall perspective becomes obvious.
