yeah you should try the system locale thing and redownloading the effect so the gibberish becomes normal letters and it can actuallly open and edit the effect without troubles ;V;

Okay , but I ended up finding out that someone has made particle but in different colors since the person was sick in tired of the only one color she or he ended up editing the particle and made them into different colors she put it up for dl ; u ; i got so happy!
