is your browser ie9? if yes, you can browse a html file which has no background color, and you'll find the background is never white after active your theme...it's obvious around the logo if it has has white background instead of tansparent, it's a very light gray, but can be seen...
Oh... Not sure what that might be. will have to play around with it
i'll send a mail with the screen shoot, and another bug, the search bar background is also gray when activated
