If I may add, you can consider the Pucará for Uruguay instead, since its their main attack aircraft (Uruguay has no fighter or interceptor aircraft, just attack planes)

And yeah, I'm also thinking to provide more mecha musume for Argentina, Chile, and Venezuela too. So far, I'm planning a SAIA-90 girl for Argentina and Su-30 for Venezuela, not sure about Chile. But if you have more other ideas, that would be great!

Well, the thing with Chile is that they are basically the most US friendly country in South America besides Colombia. So their air force is made out completely from US airplanes. Currently, their main fighter aircraft is the F-16, and so far they are not planning on getting other airplanes. Maybe in the future they might get the Eurofighter Typhoon to replace their old F-5 Tiger II, but they are also thinking on just upgrading their F-16s to the MLU standard instead (they will make the final choice between this two options on 2015)
