...Damn, do I feel out of my league now.
"If you play, play properly", huh?
Oh well, I play games for the plots and fun, mostly,
so I can't really say I'm a highly skilled player like you.
...Doesn't mean I utterly suck, though.
Basically, in almost any game, gimme a blade,
and after a few stumbles, I can kick major ass.

About fic: Ok, got it memorized.

That doesn't mean you suck, it just means our video game fortes lie differently.
Personally 1st-person shooters were never my thing (Halo, etc.) I'm more into adventure and role-playing games.

I agree on that, everyone should play as they want IMO.

FPS:s, I SUCK at them, I never learned to aim properly ^^'
Besides, they're pretty boring and repetitive.
RPG/Adventures ftw.

I've played games like Red Faction Guerilla, Dead Space 2, and a little bit of Halo, but never got into it.
However, while Project Sylpheed may be a shooter, it's a space-set dogfight kind of game, and I actually got into that pretty quickly.

I see...
For me, something in the FPS's just does not "click",
if you know what I mean.
But, I have to admit, Halo's soundtrack is good.

What do you like more in video game cutscenes?
When they use more detailed graphics, or when they use in-game graphics?
Atticus-Morwing's avatar
Hmm...
Well, naturally the high-graph cutscenes look prettier, but personally, I prefer the ones with the in-game graphics, they help to maintain the "feeling" of the game, and the story.

I agree. Doing high-quality and then switching to low-quality graphics makes the gameplay somewhat less satisfying; Thoy.ugh that itself varies differentl
