It all depends. Are you dead-set on making yourself a suit by hand? Or would you be willing to buy one that's made for you? If so, how much would you be willing to spend? Are you going for total accuracy or is total accuracy not that important to you? All those factors can change the avenues you can look down and investigate for getting yourself a great Tennant suit.
I am willing to spend a little money, and I want to make it myself with as much accuracy as humanly possible. I love a good challenge in cosplay!
