Is the Braceritos descended from a sauropod dinosaur?
At any rate, great job on all of them. Those bugs look especially tasty! :chew:

Despite apprearences, Braceritos is not related dinosarus nor anything on Earth. Argo has its own unique flora and fauna. And yes, those are some tasty arthropods there. CAre for a bite?*gives ua roasted Scorpo on a spit with seasoning* I'll be sure to save some for Wendell and Lizzy, tho i think Lizzy will probably be more disgusted than satisfied. But hopefully Wendell will persuade her otherwise.;)

I need to try insects myself IRL but anyway... *takes bite out of Scorpo* Mmmmm, tastes like chicken! :chew:

Frankly, I'm surprised that the Braceritos is not related to dinosaurs, because that is the first thing I thought of when I looked at it. But then again, wouldn't Argo have its own unique tree of evolution? If that is the case, then the life forms on these two planets must have evolved convergently in some way or another... and I don't think it's a coincidence. *continues to chew on Scorpo while pondering this*

Thats wut i wuz thinking. Evolutionary convergence is the best explanation.*chows down on a couple of roasted Scorpos and several Teraphids*

Most of the fauna of Yonder is mainly based on Terran fauna, but with my own artistic license. However, apparently the life forms on Argo did end up evolving differently from what happened on Earth. You must have quite an evolutionary tree arranged, if you have so many original creatures!

Thanks, man. *thorws a pice to a wondering loner Pyrod in the distance* The only animals that have evolved here from Earthancestors are the dragons and arthropods.*feeds the Pyrod another large pice, attempting to scratch the back of his head with no problems by teh evening fire*

So that means all the others are completely different organisms, then.

Hmmmm... I remember seeing Alien Planet a long while back. I'm starting to think of something akin the Darwin IV wildlife for quite a few other creatures you may be planning...
