That's a good way to work - keeping your WIPs but I normally just have one piece that I'm working on and if I leave it for months it'll always be at the early stages, when it looks crap and is not motivating me. I don't think I ever want to see these! If I'm going to continue, I'll only leave them for weeks. Theoretically. I can't believe how fast most dollers work though. Any doll of mine always takes a couple of months.

I'll take note of the chainmail tips. It's always a second attempt which you don't give up with that ends up looking the best, isn't it?
