Looks like a nice start but it doesn't seemed as polished as your usual work (sorry!). There were two things that struct me when I first looked at it:
1) The name/location bar on the top is too hard to read. Making it less transparent might be extremely helpful in usability.
2) The scrollbars seem way too wide. Why not take the route MS has in WP7?

No, not a problem at all. I need to explore the location/name bar further, as well as tabs, plus the scrollbar. The main issue on the scrollbar is making it visible, but not invisible, but not obtrusive, so I'll experiment with a thinner width on a later concept.
