The Otsune in this versions smokes. It doesn't harm her body, she brags, yet she's a "responsible" smoker, killing the fag when some of the younger members walk in.
I see, well, she's kinda immortal after all, isn't she? And even if not, I bet there are big lungs in there (lol) so she has plenty of time till it gets a problem.
I don't think lungs are inside breasts, they're place inside a rib cage with then are placed behind the flesh and fat surrounding the mammary gland which would make up for the breasts...
