"In Luna we trust", nice... But I am sure that this world governed by Luna isn't that bad. He look a little more like reality but that doesn't make it an horrible place by itself. I am sure that Luna did her best to rule properly the place but simply didn't have the skill of her sister. This is not a eternal night world so it cannot be that bad... right?
It isn't a world governed by Luna. It's a world where everypony worships Luna... big difference.
