Indie roleplaying game, im gonna call it Gaia, as free as possible (Print cost), gonna release it sweden first, but if i can i will try to release it in different languages.
The story of the game.
Many years into the furture at the peak of civilisation. The earth decided it was time to fight back. Plants started to develop toxic pollen that was released over the earth. The pollen combined with natural disasters Killed of 99% of the human population, the ones that where immune to the pollen hidd.
This was not the end of it though, soon the newborn childen showed signs of adaptive mutations. The ones who lived in a cold enviroment grew furr, the ones that had taken shelter in cave developed grew larger eyes and ears to be able to navigate in the darkness of the caves.
The joining.
Over time five diffrent colonies appeard.
(They have no names yet.)
The water dvellers, the developed gills and webbed toes, making them perfekt for deepwater exploring.
Desert people, developed a thick heatresistant skin, (Poissnly scorpion exoskeleton)
Arctics, Developed fur and a wolfs snout (Think werewolf) To be able to survive the bitter cold of snowy landscapes.
Climbers, Developed a larger upper body and their nails are clawlike, they also developed a tail.
Cave dvellers, Large batlike ears and and larger eyes with larger pupils.
Theese colonies werent aware of eachother until about 20 years ago, togheter they founded the trade city of Galneas, many made it their home.

The game will mostly be about cooperativ adventuring, Exploring and surving the overgrown future.
Scavaging technolgy. Here and there you can even find old Automechs that are still working.
Theese pictures are what inspired me to start writing the rpg. The game enslaved also captures the feeling im looking for, pretty much overgrown civilisation.
