A little:
Turn to B&W obviously
Crop
darkened the blouse and chest slightly so that the face was brighter
cleaned up 4 tiny skin blemishes
increased the contrast and brightness slightly
dark vingette
So overall, I would say I tweaked it a little but basically it is exactly how she looked.

Just a little thing, if I may, I have remarked a little disgracious detail, a fold on the neck (just below the chin in the shadow). Only when I look the photo in full size. But it's really a little detail (perhaps just my eye only has seen this detail
