Oh I do miss Old Blanchy!! It's really sad seeing them going off the stage, especially being murdered as its cause.
yeah. If I remember correctly (it's been a while) Blanchy was even in Warcraft (3?). Westfall is just downright depressing now. lol And Auberdine is a wreck. D: the corpse of the Hyppogryph(sp?) Master is still there.

I was actually leveling my alt at Darkshore after 311 (Japanese earthquake/tsunami crisis)... it was so depressing and almost every place along the shore of the region reminded me of the news I've watched on TV. I just had to draw this picture on behalf of everyone who'd been suffering under similar causes, and I tried really hard on delivering the grieving/soothing mood because I knew I was doing this for the victims and their families.
yeah, now that you mention it's pretty crazy how it's basically the same style of disaster. (without a huge dragon that wants to destroy the world)
