Batman must be insane as his enemies because if I had to deal with guys like this EVERY NIGHT, I would pack my bags and live in a different city. Gotham should be solely run by crazies and criminals since the average-joe would be smart to get away from a city where murder and chaos is as predictable as the sun rising every morning. Even with Batman, Gotham must suck.
