just duplicate teh layer you put the brush...duplicate it then move it around...crtl T and go to edit-tranform e use the famous horizontal ou vertical trabsform and it will move and then just match teh parts to look like amirror, and to look more like areflection just make teh opacity of the layer like 50% or less, finally grab a round brush...with like 50% opacity and erace th eedges and make your reflection...what that it? well anyway to create a mirror image just duplicate the brush layer and use teh tranform tool
