She was napping in a picnic with her friends and got a little bit of sunburn.  Weather ponies made it rain and nopony wanted to wake her up.  Then Scootaloo took a picture and photoshopped a weird looking pegasus on top of her during Pony Confidential so she can write a story about her obsession and call it a scandal of some kind.
