very nice, skin and hair texture is well done, as is the anatomy.
that said three things i noticed - her little fingers are going through her belt. and the transition between the ends of her hair and her chest could use some work, a bit too much of an edge. and her left bicept is behind her back.
but over-all i think it's very well done.

This is really good. Still, I think angels should be.. well.. angles. Not gothic looking.
