You are trying too hard to make *DemiseMAN look bad it's sad.
Dark characters with all of the concepts and design elements above are not original at all, and claiming that he is stealing from you is laughable since you probably "stole" it from thousands of horror legends/comics/movies/etc out there that have used pretty much the same concepts.
It's as laughable as when *QueenOfDorks tried to lolsuit Gaia Online for her "super original" Bento Bunnies.
Oh lol, I remember QueenOfDorks! I believe she once said that she was getting really annoyed that people were drawing chibis, because obviously, only she can draw chibis and must have invented them.
You probably never heard of it because it was actually fairly low-key. Most of the shitstorm started and stopped in the Site Feedback. Needless to say, a lot of SFers kinda hate her now for her stupidity, haa. Someone wrote an ED article that very nicely sums it up,

Yeah, it's pretty lackluster. I don't think the person that made it was really one take make articles in the first place (that, or they were just doing a rather fast one). Doesn't help that the majority of the images are gone/not there.

What you are giving us to read here? A study aimed to compare two characters (*DemiseMAN and yours) while providing details about character design elements and development. The redaction suggest that it was done by a butthurt, USI filled person (and I'm not the one saying that, you are the one saying it in this very same deviation).
You seem to be having the issue of "baw you are not getting the point" with several people here, have you ever thought that it's probably you not getting the point of your own piece? Seeing how this is poorly redacted, contains cap abuse and have a lot of spelling and mostly, grammatical mistakes then that's probably the case.
If you really want people to listen and understand you should be more careful with the words you pick and how the text is going to de redacted, study the issue and assemble your case. If people is not getting the point then it's most likely, if not always, to be fault of the author.
One could probably say "anyway I could understand that easy" but remember: This is your speech, not ours, you are supposed to look intelligent, not us.
There is nothing more shameful than making a text based piece just to end up making another text to explain what the piece is about
