What's there to look into? You're suggesting that the guy is ripping off your character by using similar concepts. The same concepts that are used in fuckloads of other characters and animus. The best you can manage is to say it's a ripoff of a ripoff (of a ripoff, ad infinitum) - Hellsing, Vasquez's shit, Tim Burton, all this stuff's nothing new.
For starters apparently there's a couple morons around here who don't quite understand the intentions behind the deviation. They then get upset over said deviation and start whining that my stuff isn't original and ripped off of animes that they can't name... and that I draw anime. :T

Your stuff isn't original. If the intention isn't to claim this fucker ripped off your shit, then what the hell is it? Got to say, if anything I drew were that closely similar to something that emo moron would be attracted to drawing anyway, I'd be more embarrassed than anything. I could care LESS if his character happens to look like mine or whatever. I mean even if the last part about his ID is stupidly similar, it's more hilarious then it is bothersome. I could care less about my characters originality. It's not as if I'm going to try and SELL IT or make a show or manga (lol) whatever. I never thought of my stuff as emo though, that's an interesting insight.

At least, claiming everyone informing you your shit is in fact unoriginal is "missing the point" without clarifying what exactly that point is supposed to be is pretty damned idiotic - as well as now this saying you couldn't care less about the originality or lack thereof is pretty well contradicted by the fact you've made this deviation, in the first place. Honestly all this just sounds like you're trying to backpedal.
