That looks awesome, do you just use the brush tool
Usually, I just use the brush tool with the basic brush, but this time I used the airbrush (I'm not sure of the word, it's "aérographe" in French)to put all the colors in the picture, and then use the brush tool and the smudge tool to make it look good.
