I was pretty much aiming top end for these! Quick cuts and lots of em, with texture overlays and some airbrushing. I'm not quite at the confidence level of the higher up pro's, especially with colour choices. A few more books and i'll be getting em in at 3 hours I reckon. Got a part time job still so its hard to do the super late nights, but i'll get rid of theat job soon I reckon. Good luck with the samples man, pick something that got a good balance of action and emotional stuff, and make em really pop. I spent ages on my samples, just hoping I could compete when I got a proper gig... just got to knuckle down when it happens and make the time sacrifice at first :D

I'm on an Intuos A5 wide, proportional to my screen. I'm gonna wait for a while before I get a Cintiq... I like my tablet for now :P

You did well with a mouse mate, I've only ever done 1 or 2 really old 'colourings' before (and it was shite)([link]), but they were like 6 years ago... I didn't even know what colouring was, I just had a photoshop (I was doing graphical stuff at the time really!)
