Ah I see, but don't worry digital art and traditional is not that different in the basics. Maybe you can try to draw with acrylics for a while that will get you familiar with colours and stuff.
Before I started digital painting, I always drew with ball-pen and pencils, but usually not with colours or paint. One day you just need to try it and then just practise. I agree that ball-pen is really great, but try different traditional media. It takes some time to get better with it, but every artist starts with some scribbly sketches.
Oh yes one tip here, don't loose your motivation by looking at too much artwork that is at a much higher level than your current art is, this can slow down some artists in their progress. Maybe you can find some traditional artists that are better than you, but just a little better, this way you can try to learn from them step by step. I also had a time when I was looking at a lot of artwork by artist that were much better than me then and I lost most of my motivation for a while, but that's not good. Think that one day you might be as good as the pros, but for now you just need to reach the next step of drawing and to do that it's easier to look at artwork that is not too far away to reach for you in your current level of art.
Always just try to reach the next level, like in a video game you need time to learn and gain experience. You may meet a player that has the really rare equipment, but you might have to first get a common equipment so you can search for the rare one. like you first need to learn the basics of art before you can start to flesh out all the details.
I hope I didn't explain this too difficult
