I'm usually a normal congoer (not cosplaying) and where I live the species that most populate cons are an annoying bastard child cluster of Japanophile kawaii desu fangirls that sometimes are even malodorants :l... but lol everything is so true, also with the bondage-fetish poser goths xD

Most of the congoers I know here are pretty cool thankfully, I rarely come across anyone who's annoying or creepy.

I'm near Birmingham in the UK. Aside from the big Expos, our cons are usually just big social events where we all know each other (about 1500 people max).
