Comment on Hawke Cosplay - Dragon Age II by Aicosu

I would love to get some pointers on how to do the armor bits. I am trying to make a Mage Garrett Hawke outfit for my friend so I have someone to roll with when I cosplay Anders, but I have no idea what to do for the armor. This will be my first time cosplaying, and I would hate to go alone :*(
