it is indeed moddable. Although to keep people from tearing it apart perhaps do it like they did with the Lihzard Temple and put the only thing that can break those blocks at the end of it? Maybe like the Attic or the Basement. The item could be like Murderer's Axe or the Executioners Axe. Something gory that'll have potential for a creepy past.
