i wouldn't know on the EMP thing, though i doubt it would do anything and its likely if i practice the ability enough, though probably not
You doing an EMP is probably likely, yet advanced ability. But with you being an electric dragon, chances are high an EMP would stun you for a while. I'm just saying.

Just don't get it used on you. EMPs have pretty adverse effects on Electronic equipment. I can only imagine the effects on an electric dragon.
