Spas 12 wont accept a drum mag, nor fire warheads.
AA-12s also bring a lot more terror into your enemies. When you have that much firepower and controllability, as well as the ability to quickly reload because of the magazine, people would rater run the fuck away than try to take you on.
Thats why you take an AA-12 instead of the SPAS.

Frag-12 rounds are like small grenades, which sounds pretty nasty. Dragon's Breath, on the other hand is pretty ineffective, realistically speaking and tends to ruin barrels.
SPAS-12s are notoriously unreliable because they're so complex. I'd take a Benelli. Realistically, for all the bulk and stuff, a AA-12 still loses to a grenade launcher or machine gun.
