I think my gamma is set very light on my laptop. I'll try setting the text to a brighter colour ^_^ Thanks for the feedback!

My gamma on the monitor in my room is very low even when it's up high, so that's why I endorse contrasting colours. That, and I have kerataconus in both eyes, meaning that I have blurry vision and troubles with lights and stuff..
