I actually like the fact that it's less detailed than some of your other drawings, because it makes it look more like a snapshot than a photograph (notice how I didn't use the word "drawing"? Yeah, that's a compliment), which I like. Well done on the beard (just admit it; you like beards!) and the hair, as usual. I am very impressed by the strands of hair on the side of his face, for some reason.
