Not really, i already checked and the only thing i got where question marks and esclamation marks, that really tell me nothing about the model. The only true info i got is that it's called "Izumi Konata (Ribbondog)" which might point to the name of the creator, maybe, but no info about edits and redistribuition whatsoever.
then even i dont know who made them but i do think they are editable
