Oh, bah. You're only what-17 or 18? You've got plenty of time to become a professional. I mean, you're a great deal better than many far ahead of you in age.
17, and I want to be published before I get out of high school. I need to get better.
I had the very same aspiration when I was a freshman. It is possible, from what I hear anyroad, but not likely. Most authors you hear of are well into their thrities or at least mid-twenties before they have any popular novels out.
I know someone from a school just over the mountain who has already been published once and is working on her second book, and shes a sophomore.
Oh, apparently publishing is a bit differnt where you are.
How so?
As I've said, there are very few who have anything published as such a tender age.
