Thank you! ;D I'll teach you how to make this sort. It's a bit more complicated with all the color switches. But the basic layout is pretty simple. I just like adding extra bells and whistles.
You'll see I layered the box-shadow to get different effects. Around the blockquote I wanted it to look like neon with a thin color shifted day-glo border. I used different shades of borders around each side of the main box in order to get an almost 3D effect. This was a bit of experimental fun.
