you got her features right, the shading is awesome, and the highlights in the hair are perfect. the shoulder looks funny though.. maybe it was twisted at a weird angle. but overall it is a ver nice piece,

beautiful work! i really like her lips.....and i think you did especially well with her eyebrows.... my critisizm though, her head on the top looks a little bit...i dunno funnily shaped? anyway keep up the nice work!
