Foreground flowers are a nice touch to what would otherwise have been "just another picture of the capital"...and the signlanguage message...genius!

i like the concept. The photo i think needs to be centered. perhaps using this idea to convey a positive, motivational,inspirational message to the deaf. making posters & selling them on ebay!
