Comment on **NEW** Points and Levels by Dressage-League
Would a horse be considered a 3 star if they participated in an elite show, but haven't placed 1- 3 in at least 2 shows, or is that horse still considered 1 star, even if they have the required amount of points and the qualifying show?
It would still be a One Star
