Animals do have sex for pleasure, lol. Kangeroos masturbate, dolphins have anal and blowhole sex, deer have threesomes, male ducks have sex with dead ducks, the list goes on. Many animals have same-sex relationships, including life-long bonding and the raising of orphaned young.

Unfortunately I don't have an electronic source link or anything. I read about it in an issue of New Scientist, about 3 years ago. The article was one page long, and had a picture of 3 deer 'fooling around'. If you wanna see the dolphins however, I'm pretty sure there's a video of it on youtube (if it wasn't taken down, lol).
