Well, Martina once told me, that an Austrian cook went to the US and started an Austrian restaurant there and it became so popular, that he started more restaurants... But don't ask me, what his name is (because then I could look him up), or where the restaurants are. Martina said, she thinks there is one in Yew York, but she's not sure and doesn't exactly know where...
oh, every type of food is available in NYC, I think!
