Hello, I have a question about submissions: do double exposures count as manipulation?
yes, people now are used to call manipulation to digital works over a photograph, but many manipulations can be done with camera tricks or even in dark room... composing multiple images is considered a manipulation, independently if its made with post digital edition or straight in analog film.
